Construction companies launch their new project as the most valuable project in Istanbul, under the name "Tema Istanbul 2". Construction companies aim to raise the quality and success rate achieved in the first two stages of the project for the maximum. Most of the aspects that attract customer interest in the project are to allocate 80% of it to green spaces. Green spaces are allocated by 37 square meters for each person who will live in the project.
